2. Products & Orders
We provide high-quality live and fresh harvested fish (Pangasius, Tilapia, etc.) and biofloc-conditioned fingerling seeds:
- Wholesale Fish Orders: Wholesale orders are confirmed based on harvest schedules and net weight measured at our farm in Kashimpur, Remuna.
- Fingerling Seeds: Fingerlings are supplied with size specifications (line count) agreed upon prior to packing.
- Pricing: Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to market prevailing rates at the time of order confirmation.
3. Billing & GST Invoicing
All commercial transactions are issued with official GST billing under GSTIN: 21EIOPD4986G1Z2. Applicable GST rates under Indian tax regulations will be itemized on final invoices.
4. Delivery & Inspection
- Buyers are required to inspect live fish and fingerling condition upon pickup or immediate site delivery.
- Risk of transit for live fish transfers after physical handover or dispatch as mutually agreed upon.
5. Limitation of Liability
While we strictly monitor water parameters and seed health, growth performance after delivery depends on buyer pond/tank maintenance, water quality management, and feeding practices. We are not liable for losses caused by post-delivery environmental variations or unrecommended feeding practices.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with business transactions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Balasore, Odisha.
